riverside stay
soundproofing helpful staff
The hotel is inside the oldest railway station. i barely heard any outside noise. The soundproofing was very nice. i slept soundly because of it. the staff was helpful and friendly. i had a high-quality experience here.
the housekeeping service was lacking. i needed to request bathing towels and toiletries each evening. these items were not automatically placed in my room, inconvenient.

the hotel is near a train station and several bus stops. it is also a short walk to many local spots. accessing transportation and nearby attractions was quite easy and convenient .

historic charm with modern convenience
clean hotel easy transportation courteous service
The hotel was clean. i found transportation easy to access near the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful . I especially appreciated the courteous service i received. the hotel's location next to the train station made getting around simple.
the rooms felt a little underwhelming for the price. i think that a lack of storage isn't great for more than a weekend break!

My room included fresh towels daily. a free room upgrade was given, i found it amazing. the beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure was great, though the pressure fluctuated.

The hotel is close to the main square. it is only a short walk. the metro stop is located directly under the structure. bus stops are in front of the main entrance. Everything was very convenient.

the staff at the front desk was helpful. i found the fitness center acceptable.
The room felt small. it took a long time for the shower to heat up. the area nearby did not feel safe.

the hotel is near santa apolónia station. this made it easy to catch my train to porto (i love train travels!). the location is great, not far from the tourist area too.
the room decor wasn't my favorite.

charging ports quiet room train station dusty surfaces poor cleaning
the hotel is near the train station and restaurants are within walking distance. rooms are quiet and have multiple charging ports.
i found dust on surfaces like curtains and bedside tables. the room cleaning was not thorough as i found dust balls even after requesting a clean.
